GROW

Wherever you are in your journey of faith, we've created ways for you to keep learning, growing, and experiencing the life Jesus offers. Connecting with God through the Bible and prayer is one of the best ways to grow in your faith. In John 15:5, Jesus says: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

It's one thing to know about  God, and it's another to really know him

Baptism

Share your decision to follow Jesus.

Jesus taught the practice of water baptism as a way for us to publicly declare our decision to trust and follow him. It’s an outward expression of what God is doing in your life. If you’ve chosen to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and trust him for your eternal salvation, baptism is your next step.

Spiritual Practices

This year we're focusing on spiritual practices, often called spiritual disciplines or spiritual rhythms. They're ways you can regularly give God access to yourself, hear from him, and come to know him in deeper ways. More than just another item on your checklist, these are habits that develop a living, loving relationship with the God who loves you.

All year long we'll be teaching a variety of spiritual practices and providing tools to help you get started individually, in your family, and in your small group.

The Spiritual Practice of Scripture Reading

CTK Bellingham

One of the greatest gifts we have is the Bible. It gives us an opportunity to get to know God more by learning about his character, his love for us, his comfort, care, and his desire for how we can live our lives to glorify him.
