Young Adult Ministry

For adults ages 18 - 30

We want to empower young adults to love Jesus passionately in all aspects of life, knowing that our joy and peace come from him alone. We believe every young adult has a unique role to play in God’s kingdom, and we’d love to join in the adventure of discovering that role. If you’re a young adult, join us as we learn how to navigate these times together, both inside and outside the four walls of the church.

Events and Classes

Here are a few events open to all young adults this Winter:

Alpha

Alpha is a relaxed series of eight evenings filled with dinner and conversation where people can explore life’s big questions, Jesus, and faith. No pressure. No judgment. No cost. Just honest, real conversations.

If you’re a student at WCC or WWU and you have a friend who’s curious about faith—or maybe you’ve been having conversations with someone who wants a safe, welcoming place to ask questions—Alpha is designed for that. It’s an easy, non-intimidating environment to bring a friend and explore together.

Recovery

Living in a broken world we all deal with life’s hurts, hang-ups, and habits. No one has the ability, nor should they attempt to face their hurts on their own. Celebrate Recovery is a beautiful community of strugglers that courageously enter this safe and beautiful space to get honest about our pain, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God and others. 

Celebrate Recovery takes place at CTK’s Ferndale campus, and is open to all. No matter where you're at in your recovery journey, this is drop-in friendly. We'd love to meet you.
