Community Focused
At CTK Sudden Valley, community is central to everything we do – We care about the community. We planted this church in 2012; one of our goals was to meet the needs of our community through a small church that met in a barn. Growing to where we are today that is still one of our most important goals. We have been active in meeting that goal in many ways like:
- Socially through community events (Easter Egg Hunt, Outdoor/Indoor movie nights, summer camps, groups, and gatherings).
- Service projects include food distribution, bill assistance, building rehab, park clean-up.
- Personal growth classes such as Financial Peace University, GIST parenting, Marriage enrichment.
If you want to be a part of meeting the ideas of the community, you have ideas, or if you have a need to be met, we would love to hear from you by filling out a Connection Card.
Evening Peace
Fourth Sunday of the Month • 7-9 PM • The Dance Barn
Join us for an evening of quiet, peaceful prayer, and communion. This is a great opportunity to spend time with the Lord without home and/or work distractions. Feel free to bring your bibles and desired study materials.
Family Service and Potluck SUNDAY
Every month that has a 5th Sunday • 10 AM • The Dance Barn
Whenever there’s a 5th Sunday in the month, we have our family service, where kids five and older stay upstairs during service as we worship together. Afterward, we celebrate as a church family by sharing a potluck meal and occasionally celebrate baptisms.
If you decide to be baptized or are contemplating the decision to be baptized, please reach out to Pastor Jason at .
